- Larangan dan keharaman menggunakan wadah emas dan pereak adalah bersifat umum, baik itu emas murni atau perak murni atau disepuh dan dilapisi dengannya, atau yang semisal dengannya yang merupakan jenis hiasan, larangan dan keharamannya bersifat umum. Imam An Nawawi berkata, “Telah terjadi ijma’ atas haramnya makan dan minum di wadah emas dan perak, dan seluruh macam penggunaan yang bermakna makan dan minum, berdasarkan ijma’ para ulama”

- Asal dari perintah menyelisihi kaum musyrikin adalah wajib, selama tidak ada dalil yang membolehkan menyerupai mereka. Misalnya, hadits di shahihain dari Ibnu Umar bahwa Nabi –shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam- bersabda, “Selisihi-lah orang-orang musyrik, biarkan jenggot tumbuh”. Kita tidak mengetahui adanya dalil yang memalingkannya dari hukum wajib, maka memelihara jenggot hukumnya tetap wajib, dan mencukurnya haram, karena ada penyerupaan dengan orang-orang musyrik. Adapun jenis kedua adalah hadits yang diriwayatkan oleh Abu Dawud dengan sanad yang shahih dari hadits Syaddad bin Aus dia berkata, Rasulullah –shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam- bersabda, “Selisihi-lah orang-orang Yahudi, mereka sembahyang tidak menggunakan sandal dan khuf”. Namun ada riwayat yang menyelisihinya yaitu hadits yang diriwayatkan oleh Abu Dawud dan Ad Darimi dengan sanad sesuai syarat Muslim dari hadits Sa’id bin Khudri, dia berkata, “ketika Rasulullah –shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam- sholat bersama para sabahat beliau, beliau melepaskan kedua sandal beliau dan meletakkannya di kiri beliau”, maka ini menjadi dalil bahwa menyelisihi orang Yahudi pada hadits yang telah disebutkan di atas tidaklah wajib.
